Personal Comp Plan
If you're a Delaware resident under age 65 and you aren't enrolled in or
eligible for a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware group plan, you and
your family may be eligible for a BCBSDE traditional individual coverage
plan, Personal Comp.
The Personal Comp Plan is ideal for individuals who are self-employed, retired, or for those who don't have coverage through their employer or a spouse's employer. If you qualify for coverage, this flexible, traditional plan offers six deductible choices and access to a full range of medical services.
Medigap-65 Medicare Supplement PlansMedigap-65 is a family of six Medicare supplement plans that help you save money by paying the co-payments, deductibles and other expenses that Medicare does not pay. This valuable coverage from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware includes hospital care, outpatient care, diagnostic tests, skilled nursing care and emergencies that arise during foreign travel. There's even a plan that offers prescription drug benefits. To apply, you must be a Delaware resident and have both Medicare Parts A and B. If you meet certain requirements, Medigap-65 plans may be available to you on a guaranteed acceptance basis, which means you cannot be turned down for health reasons.
