Heritage Protector Plus 200™ offers coverage for major accidents and illnesses. You have a choice between two deductibles, $500 or $1000.
Heritage Value Plus 30™ provides coverage for accidents and illnesses, with a choice of three annual deductibles: $2500, $5000, or $10,000. This is a low annual premium plan.
Heritage Preferred Plus 30™ offers major medical coverage, routine, and preventive services with a $1000 annual deductible and a 30% coinsurance when network providers are used.
Heritage Preferred Plus 20™ Same as the Preferred Plus 30 Plan above but the coinsurance for Premera network health professionals is 20% as opposed to 30%
